TALL ARMORED BASE

Standing at 40” tall, this target base will raise your target to a more natural shooting position to promote muscle memory for close quarters training. This base has an armored center post to withstand thousands of rifle and handgun rounds.

All of our modular base systems are designed for easy setup and transport.  Just two pieces, (the upright portion and the H-style base) assemble together in seconds, and lay flat when disassembled.  Our modular target bracket has two available slots and is designed to accommodate any of our reactive or plate targets, along with an accessory rack for gongs, spinners, and other accessories.

If you are looking for a more permanent solution, simply remove the “H” base and pound the upright into the ground or pour concrete.

MODULAR BASES

The secret to a good target is an excellent base (yeah, we trademarked that).  We recommend one of our modular armored bases for greatest ease of use, sturdiness, and reliability.  Our uprights pull right out of our H-bases allowing you to lay them flat in your truck, case, or bag and put them back together in seconds without tools.

Want a more permanent option? Pound the upright right into the ground or lay it in with some concrete.  The AR500 plating will protect your armored target base, deflecting thousands of pistol and rifle rounds (seriously, you’ll be handing this thing down to your grandkids).

Want to shave off weight and save time?  Check out our Quick Deploy Base System specific to our QD compatible targets.  Two AR500 QD plates with integrated carrying handles and the ability to accommodate 1″ pipe extension legs to raise this target as high as you need. The pyramid-style base is designed to become more stable the taller you get.

And finally, while we always recommend splurging that little extra for one of our virtually indestructible armored bases, we do offer a “budget friendly” 2×4 base kit for the DIY backyard shooter.

FULLY ARMORED RANGE BASE

This target base is armored from top to bottom. Great protection for long range rifle, commercial ranges, rental targets, and FULL AUTO. No stray bullets will be punching holes in this base. 30″ tall.

ARMORED BASE

This base has a low-profile armored center post that withstands every kind of abuse while keeping a lower, more solid center of gravity for your heavier and/or taller targets. The Armored Base also puts our Rubber Dummy and Paper Bracket targets at the correct height. 30” tall.

2X4 WOOD BASE KIT

For shooters with a tight budget, we offer our 2×4 base and bracket kits. Steel base and top bracket protected by an AR500 armored circle plate. Choose Top Bracket only or Top Bracket & H Base combo. (2X4 NOT included)

QUICK DEPLOY BASE

The Quick Deploy Base System is made of two AR500 plates with integrated carry handles. The plates can work stand-alone, or they can accommodate 1" pipe leg extensions. Simple, fast, and virtually indestructible. Designed specifically for our QD compatible targets.

STANDARD NON-ARMORED BASE

Intended for use with our Axe Block Throwing Target, the Standard non-armored Base leaves behind much of our rugged armor plating to lower your cost. 43" tall.

SHORTIE ANIMAL TARGET BASE

Designed specifically for our reactive silhouette animal targets, the Armored Shortie Base is rifle rated and is designed to place your animal target at the appropriate height level with the ground. 12" tall.
