Should the need arise to return an item, kindly note that orders are eligible for return within 14 days of the shipping date, provided they adhere to the corresponding product return policy. You may exchange the product or receive a refund in the original form of payment. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.

Please allow up to 10 days after the return is received and inspected for the refund to be processed.

General Return Policy

Orders can be returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since shipping, we regret that we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products, DVDs, CDs, or other copyrighted materials
  • Books or magazines
  • Some medical, health, and personal care items
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gas masks, filters, and hazmat suits (for safety reasons)
  • Optics (Sights, Scopes, Magnifiers, Electro-Optics) – Only new, unopened optics products with the holographic seal intact can be returned within 14 days of purchase. If opened, they cannot be returned.
  • Food items
  • Ammunition components, airguns, CO2, opened consumables, or cleaning kits
  • Clothing that has been washed or shows signs of wear
  • Items that have been damaged, used, are missing packaging or accessories, or are otherwise not in new, sellable condition

Mountain Ready reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless directed by us.

Returns That Do Not Meet Policy Requirements

If a returned item is not in its original packaging but is still unused and in like-new condition, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

If an item is returned with signs of use, damage, or missing accessories, it may not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, you will have the option to:

  • Receive a partial refund (based on condition and resale value).
  • Receive store credit instead of a refund (if applicable).
  • Have the item returned to you (shipping at your expense).

Return Shipping & Refunds

Unless an item is defective or an error was made on our part (wrong item shipped), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us for an RMA

  • Email returns@mountainready.online to confirm your product is eligible for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Step 2: Ship Your Return to Us

For items valued at over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Processing Your Refund

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • If eligible, the refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Any restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
