Should the need arise to return an item, kindly note that orders are eligible for return within 30 days of the shipping date, provided they adhere to the corresponding product return policy. It's important to be aware that while products on our website default to our General Return Policy, certain vendor products have their own Vendor Return Policy, which takes precedence over ours. In such instances, the eligibility of your product for return may vary. For clarification on your product's eligibility, please refer to the appropriate policy.

General Return Policy:

Orders can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since shipping, we regret that we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Books or magazines
  • Some medical, health, and personal care items
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gas masks, filters, and hazmat suits are NON-REFUNDABLE for safety reasons.
  • Scopes, Sights and Magnifiers are not eligible for a product exchange, return, or refund.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer unless directed by us.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations at our discretion.

Unless an item is being returned due to defects or an error on our part resulting in you receiving the incorrect item (after all, we're only human!), you will be responsible for covering your own return shipping costs.

To initiate the return process, follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Please contact us at (800) 673-5812 or email us at returns@mountainready.online. Upon confirming that your product is eligible for return, we will issue you an RMA.

Step 2: With your RMA, please mail your product back to us using the following address format:

Note: For items valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your peace of mind. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  

MIRA Safety Return Policy:

MIRA Safety products are prioritized for the safety and wellbeing of our customers above all else. As a provider of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety necessitates a clear and stringent return policy.

Due to the critical nature of the products we offer and the importance of maintaining their integrity, we do not accept returns once items have been shipped from our warehouse.

This policy is in place to ensure that our customers receive PPE that has not been compromised or tampered with in any way. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as issues with customs or delivery, which could impact the receipt of your order. However, it is important to note that any issues related to customs clearance or delivery will be the sole responsibility of the customer to manage and resolve.

We recommend customers take necessary precautions to ensure smooth delivery, including providing accurate shipping information and complying with local customs regulations.

In the event of a lost or blocked shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to take appropriate action to resolve the issue. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our return policy.

EOTECH Return Policy:

If you have an EOTECH sight that arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at (800) 673-5812 or email us at returns@mountainready.online. Upon confirming that your product is eligible for return, we will issue you an RMA.

REFUND REQUESTS, EXCHANGES, OR RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Product deemed defective will be replaced free of charge within 30 days of the original order date. Exchange requests will be accepted within 30 days of the original order date. Customer is responsible for return shipping on all product exchanges. Sights and Magnifiers are not eligible for a product exchange, return, or refund. 

 

MotoTec USA Return Policy:

Returns must be authorized. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of wrong products shipped caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and in transit back to Mountain Ready within 5 days of receiving the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.
