5. How to Enter

Participants may earn entries through the following methods.

Email Subscription

Subscribe to the Mountain Ready email list.

Earn 100 entries

Email subscribers also receive preparedness tips, gear announcements, and updates about future giveaways.

SMS Subscription

Subscribe to Mountain Ready SMS alerts.

Earn an additional 100 entries

SMS subscribers may receive alerts about gear releases, preparedness updates, and exclusive opportunities to earn additional giveaway entries.

Purchases

Participants earn 1 entry per $1 spent on eligible purchases from MountainReady.online.

Entries are calculated based on the purchase subtotal before taxes and shipping.

Example:

A purchase of $89.45 earns 89 giveaway entries.

Purchase, VIP and free-request entries share one cap of 1,000 per person per giveaway. The free entry method in Section 7 reaches the full 1,000 on its own, so buying never gives anyone a better chance of winning. Email and SMS subscription entries (Section 6) are added on top of the cap.

VIP Gold Members

Active VIP Gold Members automatically receive:

• 500 bonus entries into every giveaway

• 2 entries for every $1 spent

These bonuses apply automatically while the VIP membership remains active. VIP bonus, purchase and free-request entries together are subject to the combined 1,000-entry cap per person per giveaway.

SMS Exclusive Entry Opportunities

From time to time, Mountain Ready may offer special entry opportunities available exclusively to SMS subscribers.

These may include bonus entries, limited-time entry multipliers, or special promotional opportunities.

6. Automatic Entries for Subscribers

Active subscribers automatically receive 100–200 entries into the current giveaway and all future Mountain Ready giveaways, depending on whether they are subscribed to email, SMS, or both.

Participants only need to subscribe once to begin receiving automatic entries.

However, if a participant unsubscribes from email or SMS communications, the entries associated with that subscription will no longer apply to the current giveaway or any future giveaways.

7. No Purchase Necessary / Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase by submitting a request via email.

To receive entries without purchase, send an email to:

giveaway@mountainready.online

Include the following information:

• Full name

• Email address

• City and State

• Subject line: “Sweepstakes Entry Request”

Each valid request receives 1,000 giveaway entries for the current giveaway, the maximum available per person from purchases, VIP bonuses and free requests combined (see Section 8). Purchases made after a free request do not add entries beyond this cap.

No subscription, purchase or membership is required to receive these entries.

Limit one AMOE request per person per giveaway.

8. Entry Limits

Only one person per email address and phone number may participate.

Multiple signups, duplicate accounts, or attempts to manipulate the entry system may result in disqualification.

Entries earned through purchases, VIP bonuses and the free entry method (Section 7) are combined and capped at 1,000 per person per giveaway. Subscription entries (Section 6) are counted separately and added on top.

Mountain Ready reserves the right to remove fraudulent or suspicious entries.

9. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes.

The drawing will occur within five (5) days after the end of the giveaway period.

The winner will be notified using the email address associated with their entry.

If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

10. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free method of entry is available as described in Section 7.

Participants may earn additional entries through qualifying activities such as purchases, subscriptions, or membership benefits. Earning additional entries may increase a participant’s chances of winning.

11. Publicity

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree that Mountain Ready may use the winner’s first name, city, and state for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Mountain Ready is not responsible for:
