Which products are eligible for 15% off?
About two-thirds of our products, and the share grows as margins allow. Eligible product pages are marked “VIP members pay less”, and your member price shows at checkout. Some lines are excluded because of manufacturer pricing rules or thin margins.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. Monthly VIP has a 3-month minimum and weekly VIP has a 12-week minimum. After that, cancel any time from your account.
Do I save on the order I join with?
Yes. Add VIP to your cart and member pricing applies to eligible items in that same order, at checkout. Savings on the joining order are capped at your plan's minimum-term fees ($44.85 for monthly, $59.40 for weekly), so very large first orders save up to that amount.
How does the after-purchase credit work?
If you join within 30 days of an order, we work out what VIP would have saved you on eligible items, subtract your first VIP charge and add the rest to your account as store credit. It applies automatically at checkout and is valid for 12 months. Your total VIP savings around joining (on the joining order plus the after-purchase credit, before your first charge) are capped at your plan's minimum-term fees: $44.85 monthly or $59.40 weekly.
How does free shipping work?
VIP orders of $125 or more ship free with standard shipping (everyone else needs $199). Oversize, bulk and freight items are never free. These items need special carrier handling and always show their own shipping charge at checkout, VIP or not. Their product pages are marked.
Does VIP combine with GovX?
No. VIP and GovX discounts can't be used on the same order.
I'm already a VIP on an older plan. What changes?
Nothing you need to do. Your plan keeps billing as before, and you now get the full VIP perks automatically.
