- Monthly Plan: Your VIP membership is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.

Almost all items in our store are eligible for a VIP discount—around 95% of products qualify for savings!

All items in your shopping cart will be discounted during the checkout process. During checkout, you will see each items cost, the discount applied, and how much total you have saved on the order.

Member benefits include free shipping on most items in our store. There are exceptions however for large size and/or heavy weight items. Such items are excluded from free shipping due to excessive freight costs. If an item is excluded from free shipping, it will be noted on the items product page under the Shipping section.
For Silver and Bronze VIP packages, the free shipping option is available after the cost of goods (discounted) has reached the minimum order amount - $100 for Silver and $250 for Bronze.
Free shipping only applies to standard shipping fees to U.S. destinations, all other fees are the customers responsibility (example: address changes, delivery holds, insurance, etc.)
Standard shipping times are typically between 5-6 business days. Expedited shipping, and other shipping options are available during checkout, however these options are not free.
Some items can only be shipped ground, due to manufacturer limitations. If ground shipping is required for a specific product, those details will be present in the products description.

Certainly you can, our membership plans are flexible. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your payment frequency at any time.
Can I cancel my VIP membership?

The renewal can be canceled at any time before the subscription expires. (1 month, 3 months, or 12 months from purchase date, depending on your billing cycle) Assigned memberships may only be refunded/credited within 30 days from the date of initial purchase or auto-renewal date.
In addition, memberships may only be refunded/credited if and only if membership benefits have not yet been collected in any way. This means that no orders have been placed that received the membership discount. If any orders are placed with the membership discount, this voids our ability to refund the membership fee within 30/90/365 days from the initial purchase or auto-renewal. You are still free to cancel the auto-renewal at any time.
