At Mountain Ready, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shipping process for our customers. Please review the details of our shipping and fulfillment policy below.
Fulfillment Timeline
- When an order is placed, 1–5 business days are required to process and fulfill the order.
- Fulfillment time does not include shipping transit time. For example, if fulfillment takes 3 business days and the shipping method selected has a 3-day transit time, delivery will be approximately 6 business days.
- Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays.
Shipping Timeline
- Once your order has been fulfilled, it is handed over to the carrier. Transit times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Shipping estimates provided during checkout apply only after the fulfillment process is complete.
Freight Shipping Policy (Items Over 40 lbs or Bulk Orders)
- Any individual product over 50 pounds or any bulk/oversized order may require freight (LTL) shipping instead of standard UPS, USPS, or FedEx services.
- Orders requiring freight shipping will include a $50 initial freight charge at checkout. This acts as a deposit and does not represent the final shipping cost.
- Once we receive an exact freight quote from the carrier, we will invoice the customer for the remaining balance before the order ships.
- Freight cost varies based on weight, size, destination, and accessorial needs such as residential delivery, business delivery, or liftgate service.
- Freight shipments often arrive on pallets and may require someone to be present at the time of delivery.
- Freight transit times may differ from standard parcel carriers and may take longer depending on destination and carrier availability.
- Mountain Ready reserves the right to determine whether an order ships parcel or freight based on packaging requirements, safety, item weight, or carrier limitations.
Free Shipping Policy
- Mountain Ready may offer free shipping promotions at various times throughout the year.
- Free shipping is available only to the Lower 48 States (contiguous U.S.).
- Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to AK, HI, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Weight Restrictions: Orders over 40 pounds or requiring freight shipping do not qualify for free shipping.
- If your order contains excluded items, the entire order will not qualify for free shipping.
Important Notes
- We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available.
- Carriers and transit times may vary based on location and the shipping method selected.
