Fulfillment Timeline
- When an order is placed, 1-5 business days are required to process and fulfill the order in our systems and warehouse.
- Fulfillment time does not include shipping transit time. For example, if fulfillment takes 3 business days and you selected a shipping option with a 3-day transit time, the total delivery time will be 6 business days.
- Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays. If a holiday falls on a weekday, that day will not count as a business day for fulfillment.
Shipping Timeline
- Once your order has been fulfilled, it is handed over to the carrier. Transit times will depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout.
- Shipping estimates provided during checkout apply only after the fulfillment process is complete.
Free Shipping Policy
- At various times throughout the year, Mountain Ready may offer free shipping promotions.
- Restrictions may apply, and certain items may be excluded from free shipping.
- Exclusions typically include large bulk-food items, heavier items requiring freight shipping, and single items weighing over 20 pounds.
- If your order contains any items that fall under these restrictions, the entire order will not qualify for free shipping. Additional shipping charges will apply for those items.
Important Notes
- We currently ship only to customers within the United States. International shipping is not available.
- Shipping carriers and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected during checkout.
