The adjustable tension functionality of the Incog X holster allows users to customize the draw feel to their preference. This feature is crucial for ensuring that the firearm is securely held in place while also allowing for a smooth and quick draw when needed. Users can fine-tune the tension to balance security and accessibility, which is particularly important in high-stress situations where a reliable draw is essential.

The Safariland Incog X IWB Holster is compatible with a range of Glock models, including the Glock 17 Gen 3-6, Glock 19 Gen 3-6, Glock 22 Gen 3-4, and Glock 23 Gen 3-4. It also supports various weapon lights, including the Surefire XC-1, Streamlight TLR-7, and Inforce APLc, among others. This compatibility ensures that users can personalize their firearm setup with their preferred optics and lights without compromising on concealment or performance.

The microsuede lining on the body-facing side of the Incog X holster provides a softer touch against the skin, enhancing comfort during extended wear. This feature is particularly beneficial for those who carry concealed for long periods, as it reduces irritation and discomfort. The lining also helps protect the firearm's finish from scratches and wear, maintaining its appearance and functionality.

The clip strut shims included with the Incog X holster allow users to adjust the holster's ride height and cant for optimal concealment. Available in three sizes—1/8”, 1/4", and 3/8”—these shims provide the flexibility to tailor the holster's position to individual body types and clothing styles. This customization ensures that the holster remains discreet and comfortable, regardless of the user's physical activity or attire.

The innovative clip system of the Incog X holster is designed to lock securely over the belt, providing enhanced grip acquisition and concealment. This system ensures that the holster stays in place during movement, preventing unwanted shifts that could compromise concealment or accessibility. The secure attachment also aids in a consistent draw, which is critical for effective self-defense scenarios.

Comfort during extended wear is achieved through the Incog X holster's hybrid thermofolded design and microsuede lining. These features work together to minimize pressure points and skin irritation, allowing users to carry their firearm comfortably throughout the day. The holster's design also ensures that it remains breathable, reducing sweat buildup and enhancing overall comfort.

When selecting the Incog X holster for concealed carry, it's important to consider the compatibility with your specific firearm model and any accessories like optics or lights. Additionally, think about your preferred carry position and how the holster's adjustable features can be tailored to your needs. The choice of pattern, such as Black MultiCam, can also be a factor if aesthetics and personal style are important to you.
