The ACSS NOVA Reticle in the Primary Arms SLx 1-6x24mm SFP Gen IV Rifle Scope is designed for versatility and precision. It features green illumination with 11 brightness settings, allowing for optimal visibility in various lighting conditions. The reticle is equipped with a high-efficiency fiber optic wire for Red Dot Bright illumination, making it suitable for both close quarters and long-range engagements. This design helps shooters quickly acquire and engage targets, enhancing performance in dynamic shooting scenarios.

The integrated dovetail throw lever in the SLx 1-6x24mm scope allows for rapid magnification adjustments. This feature is particularly beneficial in situations where quick changes in magnification are necessary, such as transitioning from close-range to long-range targets. The throw lever provides a smooth and efficient way to adjust the zoom level without losing sight of the target, which is critical in high-stress environments.

The second focal plane (SFP) design of the SLx 1-6x24mm scope ensures that the reticle size remains constant as magnification changes. This is advantageous for shooters who prefer a consistent reticle size for target acquisition across all magnification levels. The SFP design is particularly useful in tactical scenarios where rapid target engagement is required, as it allows for quicker adjustments without altering the reticle's appearance.

The SLx 1-6x24mm scope is equipped with green illumination and 11 brightness settings to enhance visibility in low-light conditions. This feature allows shooters to adjust the reticle brightness to match the ambient light, ensuring clear target acquisition even in dim environments. The high-efficiency fiber optic wire used in the reticle further aids in maintaining visibility, making it a reliable choice for dawn, dusk, or shaded areas.

The SLx 1-6x24mm scope has undergone rigorous field-testing to ensure its performance in various environments. This includes testing for durability against recoil, impact, and environmental conditions such as rain and dust. These tests are designed to simulate real-world scenarios, ensuring that the scope remains reliable and functional in demanding situations. This commitment to quality is further supported by an industry-leading lifetime warranty.

The field of view on the SLx 1-6x24mm scope ranges from 120 feet at 1x magnification to 20 feet at 6x magnification when measured at 100 yards. This wide range allows for excellent situational awareness at lower magnifications while providing detailed target views at higher magnifications. The ability to switch between these views quickly is crucial for tactical and hunting applications, where both broad and focused perspectives are needed.

The SLx 1-6x24mm scope provides an eye relief of 4 inches, which is essential for comfortable and safe shooting. Adequate eye relief prevents the scope from hitting the shooter's eye during recoil, which is particularly important when using high-caliber firearms. It also allows for a full field of view without having to adjust the head position excessively, making it easier to maintain focus on the target.

Weighing 17.9 ounces and measuring 10.4 inches in length, the SLx 1-6x24mm scope is compact and lightweight. This makes it easy to handle and mount on various firearms without significantly affecting balance or maneuverability. Its size and weight are ideal for shooters who need to maintain agility and speed in the field, whether in tactical situations or hunting expeditions.

While the SLx 1-6x24mm scope is designed to withstand various environmental challenges, extreme weather conditions can still impact its performance. Heavy rain or snow might obscure the lenses, and extreme cold could affect battery performance for the illuminated reticle. It's advisable to carry lens covers and spare batteries when operating in such conditions to ensure continued functionality and clear visibility.

The 0.1 MIL click value on the SLx 1-6x24mm scope allows for fine-tuned adjustments in windage and elevation. This precision is crucial for long-range shooting where minor adjustments can significantly impact the point of impact. The ability to make small, consistent adjustments helps shooters maintain accuracy over varying distances and conditions, enhancing overall shooting performance.
