Description

The MSR Front Range™ 4-Person Tarp Shelter is a minimalist, all-season shelter solution designed for alpine expeditions, off-grid survivalists, and fast-moving backcountry teams. Despite weighing just 2 lbs, it offers full overhead protection for up to four people and sets up fast using trekking poles, ski poles, or an optional accessory pole.

Its pyramid-style canopy and steep pitch efficiently shed snow and rain, while the 64" peak height allows room to gear up or hunker down. This ultralight shelter is also ideal as a solo basecamp, group dining hall, or emergency backup. MSR's Xtreme Shield™ waterproof coating ensures long-lasting performance, even in harsh conditions. Optional Bug/Floor Insert and compatible 4-person footprint are available separately for wet or buggy environments.
