Haley Strategic – D3CR X Chest Rig Placard

The Haley Strategic Disruptive Environments™ X Chest Rig (D3CRX) is a lightweight, low-profile chest rig designed for patrols, reconnaissance, and operations where mobility and concealability are critical. Purpose-built for urban, vehicle, and confined-space environments, the X Chest Rig delivers expanded storage capacity without sacrificing maneuverability or comfort.

When paired with a harness (sold separately), the X Chest Rig can be worn fully loaded under a loose-fitting jacket or sweatshirt with minimal visual signature. When configured as a placard, it integrates seamlessly with compatible plate carriers using quick-release buckles, allowing rapid transitions between low-visibility and overt loadouts.

Four integrated rifle magazine pouches support 5.56x45, 5.45x39, and 7.62x35 magazines using adjustable shock cord and pull-tab retention. Each magazine pocket also features rear webbing for optional MP2 Inserts (sold separately), enabling secure, silent retention without bungees or hook-and-loop flaps.

Four center-mounted elastic utility pouches provide streamlined storage for pistol magazines, flashlights, multitools, or 37mm/40mm grenades. Two front VELCRO® Brand admin pouches offer quick-access storage for navigation and electronics such as compasses, GPS units, and laser rangefinders.

The rear panel features a full VELCRO® Brand hook field for secure attachment to plate carriers when used as a placard. It is also cross-compatible with all Haley Strategic Wedge Expansion System accessories (sold separately), allowing the rig to scale with mission requirements. The X Chest Rig is additionally engineered for direct integration with Side Saddles, the Multi-Mission Hanger, FlatPack, and FlatPack Plus—no extra adapters required.

Plate Carrier Compatibility:
Compatible with most industry-standard plate carriers using 1" ITW Nexus female buckles, including platforms from Spiritus Systems, Ferro Concepts, Velocity Systems, Shaw Concepts, and Defense Mechanisms.

Construction:
MIL-SPEC 500D nylon, MIL-SPEC webbing and woven elastic, VELCRO® Brand hook and loop, MIL-SPEC paracord and shock cord, elastomer pull tabs, and 1" male/female buckles.

Care Instructions:
Hand wash with warm water using a cloth or soft brush. Air dry indoors away from direct sunlight. Do not machine wash, machine dry, dry clean, or expose to detergents, bleach, solvents, open flame, or excessive heat.

Service Life & Warranty:
Normal service life is approximately 3 years due to natural material degradation. Products 7 years old should be destroyed, even if unused. Defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced by Haley Strategic Partners (excluding normal wear and tear). Proof of purchase required. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
