The Geissele Reliability Enhancement Kit H2 is engineered to significantly upgrade the reliability of your 5.56mm AR-15 pattern rifle. This comprehensive kit includes the Geissele Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group and the Geissele Super 42 Braided Wire Buffer Spring & Buffer, specifically in the H2 configuration. Developed through extensive testing, this kit aims to provide the most reliable operating system for your carbine.
The Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group is a full-mass, full-auto rated M16/M4 bolt carrier group, manufactured in Geissele's state-of-the-art facility in North Wales, PA. It features a chrome-lined, Nanoweapon-coated gas key that is properly torqued and staked for enhanced durability. The cam pin, made from H13 tool steel, is also coated with Nanoweapon for maximum corrosion and wear resistance. The extended upper rails on the carrier enhance stability and feeding reliability, while the entire carrier is coated with Nanoweapon for superior corrosion and wear resistance.
The Geissele Stressproof Bolt included in this kit is made from Carpenter 158+, a material developed with Carpenter Steel metallurgists to be cleaner and stronger than standard materials. This bolt is rigorously inspected, high pressure tested, mag particle inspected, and Nanoweapon coated, offering five times the life of a mil-spec bolt.
