The DDM4 V7 LW AR15 style Upper Receiver Group is designed with a Cold Hammer Forged 16-inch Lightweight profile barrel, which is two ounces lighter than the standard V7 barrel and equipped with a DD improved Flash Suppressor to reduce flash signature. It features a mid-length gas system that ensures smooth, reliable cycling and reduces wear on moving parts. A free-floating MFR 15.0 handguard provides incredible weight savings along with superior cooling, ergonomics, and modularity while maintaining the durability and strength expected from Daniel Defense. The upper receiver group includes M-LOK attachment points running along 7 positions and an uninterrupted 1913 Picatinny rail on top, offering ample space for mounting sights, optics, and accessories. The independently ambidextrous GRIP-N-RIP Charging Handle caters to both left- and right-handed shooters. All Daniel Defense complete upper receiver groups include an M16 profile bolt carrier group.
