Cancellation policy
Mountain Ready VIP Membership
What you're buying. Mountain Ready VIP is a paid membership that is billed automatically on a recurring schedule until you cancel:
- Monthly: $14.95 every month, with a minimum term of 3 billing periods ($44.85 total).
- Weekly: $4.95 every week, with a minimum term of 12 billing periods ($59.40 total).
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Your first charge is taken when you place the order that includes the membership. Later charges are taken automatically on the same schedule, using the payment method you saved at checkout.
Minimum term. By joining, you agree to pay for the full minimum term. You can request cancellation at any time, but it takes effect only after your minimum-term billing periods have been charged. After the minimum term, the membership continues on the same schedule until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time before your next billing date.
How to cancel or manage your membership. Sign in to your account at mountainready.online and select Manage Membership on your Profile page. There you can see your next billing date, update your payment method or cancel. You can also email info@mountainready.online. We confirm every cancellation by email.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we retry it and email you asking you to update your payment method. If we still can't collect payment after the final retry, the membership ends and member benefits stop.
Price changes. We'll email you at least 30 days before any change to the membership price. The new price applies from the first billing date after that notice. You can cancel before then, subject to any remaining minimum term.
Refunds. Membership fees are non-refundable, including partial billing periods, except where the law requires otherwise or where we charged you in error.
Benefits. Member benefits are described in the VIP Membership Terms, and they may change over time. If a change materially reduces them, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel without completing the minimum term.
