Effective October 14, 2026. These terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service, Subscription Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
1. Membership
Membership belongs to the customer account that bought it and may not be shared, transferred or resold. It is active while your subscription is active and paid up. Benefits stop when the membership ends.
2. Member pricing
Members get 15% off eligible items. Eligible product pages are marked "VIP members pay less." Some products are excluded because of manufacturer pricing rules (minimum advertised pricing) or margin, and we may change which products are eligible at any time. To comply with manufacturer pricing rules, your member price is shown at checkout, not on product pages or in the cart.
Member pricing does not apply to:
- the membership itself or other subscription items;
- gift cards;
- shipping, taxes or fees.
3. Joining order
If you add the membership to an order, member pricing also applies to eligible items in that order. Total member savings on the joining order are capped at your plan's minimum-term fees: $44.85 for monthly and $59.40 for weekly.
4. Free shipping
VIP orders with a subtotal of $75 or more after discounts ship free by standard ground shipping to the Lower 48 States. Oversize, bulk and freight items never ship free. Every customer, members included, pays their own shipping rate at checkout. These items are marked on their product pages, and an order that contains one does not qualify for free shipping. Expedited shipping is not included.
5. After-purchase credit
If you join within 30 days after a paid order, we credit you, as store credit, with what member pricing would have saved you on eligible items in your paid, non-VIP orders from those 30 days (net of refunds and returns), less your first membership charge.
- Cap. Your joining-order savings and the savings used to calculate this credit are capped together at your plan's minimum-term fees ($44.85 monthly, $59.40 weekly).
- When it's issued. We add the credit to your account, usually within a day of joining, and email you when we do.
- Using it. Store credit applies at checkout on mountainready.online when you're signed in. It has no cash value, can't be transferred and expires 12 months after it's issued.
- Returns. If an order used in the calculation is later refunded or returned, we may reduce or reverse the credit. If the credit has already been spent, we may deduct the difference from a refund.
- Once per membership. Each membership start qualifies once.
6. Other discounts
Member pricing does not combine with other product discounts, including GovX. Where more than one could apply, checkout applies one.
7. Giveaway entries
Bonus entries in Mountain Ready giveaways are subject to that giveaway's official rules.
8. Misuse
We may cancel a membership without notice, and reverse unspent store credit, in cases of abuse. Abuse includes repeatedly joining and cancelling to get joining-order or after-purchase savings, buying for resale, fraud, or chargebacks of membership fees.
9. Changes
We may change these terms or the program. Material reductions in benefits are handled as described in our Subscription Policy. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
