NAR - Rescue Task Force Chest Pouch Medical Kit

The North American Rescue Rescue Task Force (RTF) Chest Pouch Medical Kit is a rugged, MOLLE-compatible medical pouch designed for rapid access to life-saving supplies during active threat or mass casualty incidents. Built from durable 500D CORDURA® Solution-Dyed Nylon with Near Infrared Signature Reduction, it’s purpose-built for use with the MKIII RTF Tactical Responder Ballistic Vest or any ballistic vest with a MOLLE-style attachment system.

This kit features large, ambidextrous, premium-grade trauma shears stored externally for immediate access, secured with a Scissor Leash™ for retention. Inside, elastic storage loops keep your medical gear organized and secure until needed. The pouch is also compatible with NAR® Quick Detach Panels for fast gear changes.
