Description

Built for hunters who want improved light-gathering performance without added complexity, the Sig Sauer Buckmasters 3–9x50 BDC rifle scope offers clarity, durability, and dependable performance in the field. Inspired by Jackie Bushman, the Buckmasters series delivers Sig Sauer Electro-Optics quality at a price point accessible to everyday hunters.

The custom Buckmasters BDC reticle provides intuitive holdover reference points out to 500 yards, making longer shots more manageable without dialing turrets. The non-illuminated reticle keeps the optic simple and rugged, ideal for daylight hunting conditions and shooters who prefer a clean, distraction-free sight picture.

For enhanced capability, the BUCKMASTERS BDC Reticle can be used with the BUCKMASTERS Rangefinder to provide aiming solutions to your specific caliber

Buckmasters Standard vs Hellfire — What’s the Difference?

SIG Sauer Buckmasters scopes are available in both Standard and Hellfire versions. The key difference is reticle illumination. Standard models use a non-illuminated BDC reticle, while Hellfire models add an illuminated BDC reticle for improved visibility in low-light conditions such as dawn, dusk, or shaded environments. Optics, magnification ranges, and mechanical features remain the same between Standard and Hellfire versions of the same model.

Model Magnification Objective Lens Reticle Type Illuminated Reticle Best Use Case
Buckmasters Standard 3–9x 40mm BDC No General daylight hunting and range use
Buckmasters Hellfire 3–9x 40mm BDC Yes Low-light hunting, dawn and dusk shots
Buckmasters Standard 3–9x 50mm BDC No Daylight hunting with increased light gathering
Buckmasters Hellfire 3–9x 50mm BDC Yes Low-light hunting with enhanced brightness
Buckmasters Standard 3–12x 44mm BDC No Longer-range daytime shooting
Buckmasters Hellfire 3–12x 44mm BDC Yes Low-light and extended-range hunting
