The Thorax Elastic Cummerbund from Haley Strategic Partners delivers an ideal balance of comfort, stability, and modular load carriage for duty, tactical, and preparedness-focused plate carrier setups. Designed to reduce shoulder fatigue while maintaining a secure compression fit, this cummerbund enhances mobility during standing, seated, and dynamic movements.

Constructed from a double layer of heavy woven elastic, the Thorax Elastic Cummerbund shifts weight off the shoulders and evenly distributes it around the torso. Integrated low-profile pockets are intentionally positioned under the armpits, improving concealment and accessibility without restricting range of motion.

Built to support real-world operational and emergency use, the internal pockets accommodate a wide range of mission-essential gear including rifle magazines, radios, medical items, and less-lethal tools. External MOLLE compatibility allows additional pouch attachment when required.
