Haley Strategic Partners – Thorax Triple Rifle Mag Placard (TRMP)

The Haley Strategic Partners Thorax Triple Rifle Mag Placard (TRMP) is a lightweight, mission-driven magazine placard developed in collaboration with Onward Research (Garand Thumb) and refined through direct feedback from the SOCOM community. Designed for speed, retention, and modularity, the TRMP excels as a streamlined placard on the Thorax Plate Carrier or as a standalone chest rig when paired with a harness and backpad.

The TRMP comes standard with three proprietary MP2 inserts, providing secure, positive click-in retention for a wide range of rifle magazines without the need for bungees or flaps. This system allows smooth, consistent magazine draws while still enabling rapid re-indexing of partial magazines during tactical reloads.

Each MP2 insert is removable, allowing the placard to be repurposed for radios, laser rangefinders, medical kits, or other mission-essential equipment. Three front-mounted woven elastic pouches—two pass-through and one closed—add expandable storage for additional magazines, tourniquets, shock tubes, chemlights, maps, compasses, or other critical gear while maintaining a slim, low-profile footprint.

Construction:
MIL-SPEC 500D/1000D nylon laminate, heavy woven elastic, MIL-SPEC nylon webbing, 1" male buckles, elastomer pull tabs, VELCRO® Brand HTH extruded hook. MP2 inserts are injection molded from a proprietary copolymer material.

Care Instructions:
Hand wash with warm water using a cloth or soft brush. Air dry indoors away from direct sunlight. Do not machine wash, machine dry, dry clean, or expose to detergents, bleach, solvents, open flame, or excessive heat.

Service Life & Warranty:
Normal service life is approximately 3 years due to natural material degradation. Products 7 years old should be destroyed, even if unused. Defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced by Haley Strategic Partners (excluding normal wear and tear). Proof of purchase required. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
