The Daniel Defense RIS III 13" FSP Rail Interface System (FDE) builds on the battle-proven RIS II platform used by U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) since 2006—now redesigned to reduce weight and increase modularity with modern M-LOK compatibility.

This free-float handguard maintains the rugged, aircraft-grade construction and uninterrupted Mil-Spec 1913 Picatinny top rail shooters trust, while adding seven M-LOK attachment points for lights, grips, lasers, and mission-essential accessories. Designed for hard-use tactical carbines, defensive rifles, and preparedness builds, the RIS III delivers rock-solid stability and improved accuracy in demanding conditions.

Finished in Flat Dark Earth (FDE), this 13" FSP rail is optimized for carbine-length gas systems and front sight post configurations, making it an excellent upgrade for duty rifles, patrol carbines, and survival-focused AR-15 platforms.
